Russell spent 11 years working at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. As Associate Director of Admissions, he read literally thousands of MBA applications! With almost 20 years of experience in higher education, Russell has always had the reputation for being a very transparent admissions officer. He enjoys helping MBA applicants understand the application process and providing insight into what the conversations in admissions committee are really like.
